I, Baitanayeva Bakhyt Amantaevna, was born on 11/16/1952 in Alma Ata, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor. From 1970 to 1975, I studied at the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute (KazPTI) at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics (received the qualification of "engineer-economist"). After graduating from the institute, I began my career at the Scientific Research Institute of Economics at the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh SSR, first as an economist, then as an JR, SR,LR.The total work experience in the SRI under the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh SSR is more than 15 years. While I working at the National Research Institute of Economics, I entered the graduate school of KazPTI and in 1989. I successfully defended my PhD thesis in the Specialized Council of the Almaty Institute of National Economy. After Kazakhstan gained independence and the transition of large industrial enterprises from union subordination to the jurisdiction of Kazakhstan (1991), I was invited to work in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a chief specialist. After Kazpotrebsoyuz acquired a controlling stake in the Zhairem Mining and Metallurgical Combine at a coupon auction, I was invited to work in this organization. I worked as a chief accountant at a company. Prior to starting my career as a teacher, I worked at the Halykbank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Project Finance Department. From 1998 to 2016, I worked at KazNTU named after K.I. Satpayev, first as a senior lecturer, and then as an Associate professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Head of the Department of Finance and Marketing, Professor at KazNTU (Department of Finance). Prior to becoming Head of the Department of Finance and Marketing, I held the position of Deputy Dean for Research and International Relations. From the 2016-2017 academic year to the present, I have been working at Al–Farabi Kazakh National University, as an associate professor at the Economics Department. I teach subjects in Russian and English (TOEFL Certificate)for undergraduates, undergraduates, and doctoral students. I have published over 150 scientific papers with a total volume of more than 100 pp., including 3 textbooks (co-authored), 3 textbooks, brochures, content "Financial Management", "Production Management"commissioned by Kazatomprom JSC,articles (Scopus, Springer, KKSON).Participated in a number of research projects on Thematic plan.
